Sometimes I want to be precise.

Other times I just have fun and throw paint at the wall.

Traditional artist working with acrylic and mixed media based in the West Country (Devon) in the UK. I am a member of the Devon Art Society (DAS) and the Torbay Guild of Artists and in the Devon Artists Network. For the last few years I have only been exhibiting and selling my work locally and this has proved to be exceptionally good fun particularly as the groups of artists in this area are not only talented but a great bunch to support and inspire. Oh and I have won some awards which is always great for motivation!

Although I sometimes paint landscapes and what I like to call more 'straightforward' paintings my first love is either more abstract or leaning towards a surreal (particularly when I can tell a story)

Any constructive criticisms of my work is always welcome - you can never stop trying to improve.
